SYNOPSIS
cast 'telekinetic wave' <victim>

DESCRIPTION
This spell creates a wave of pure, crushing force that expands like a
cone out from the caster's mind. The kinetic energy is painful and can be
deadly to those within its range, as well as destructive to fragile items
concealed upon the victim's person.

Telekinetic wave has also been known to disrupt formations.

REQUIREMENTS
* You must be a Psionic in order to make use of this spell.
* In order to practice this spell you must have achieved at least 65%
Spell Complexity Comprehension.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
* Requiring greater concentration, this spell is slow to cast.
* This spell may be cast while you are silenced.
* This spell has no somatic element.
* This spell belongs to the Thought school.
